Use of the Website

This website is provided for information and to supply software, videos, audio, and books. You agree to use the site in a lawful way and not to interfere with its operation.

Digital Products & Downloads

Many TouchMagic products are delivered as digital downloads (for example MP4 videos, MP3 audio, software installers, or PDF books). When you purchase or receive a download:

• You are granted a personal licence to use the product for your own non-commercial use, or for use within your club or organisation as described.
• You may make backup copies for your own use, but you must not resell or publicly distribute the files without written permission.
• For club software, you may install copies on in-house systems as agreed, but you must not pass the software on to third parties outside your club without consent.

Payment & Refunds

Payments are generally processed through PayPal or similar services. If there is a problem with a download link or you receive the wrong product, please contact klumppd8@gmail.com and a replacement link or correction will be arranged.

Because digital files cannot be “returned” in the ordinary sense, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where there is a clear technical or delivery issue.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Some products relate to exercise, speech practice, or general wellbeing (for example, Parkinson’s speech and voice exercises). These resources are intended as supportive tools and are not medical advice.

• Always follow the guidance of your doctor or health professional.
• Stop any activity if you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable.
